Why Our Orders May Take a Little Longer

At Paw Support Project, we believe that making a difference is more important than growing as quickly as possible. Because we dedicate a portion of our proceeds to supporting nonprofit organizations and meaningful causes, we intentionally keep our team small and our operations lean.

As a small team, we personally handle many aspects of each order. This allows us to keep our focus on our mission while continuing to provide our customers with quality products and service.

Because of our small team and the care we put into each order, processing and delivery may take a little longer than you may experience with larger companies.

Our Estimated Timeline

• Order Processing: 1–3 business days
• Transit & Delivery: 7–14 business days after your order has shipped
• Estimated Total Delivery Time: Approximately 8–17 business days

Please keep in mind that these are estimated timeframes, not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays can occasionally occur due to shipping carriers, weather, holidays, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control.
